Declaration / Agreement
I/we undersigned whose information is given in the Brokerage Application Form
hereby request to be registered as a client of Padma Bank Securities PLC and
agree that this BO account shall be governed by the following terms and
conditions as amended from time to time.
Instructions
Instructions shall be given to Padma Bank Securities PLC to purchase and/or
sell securities including shares, mutual funds, bonds, debentures and other
financial instruments subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- Name of the securities
- Quantity
- Price and order duration
- Lot size and execution mode (DVP / Non-DVP)
Joint Account
Joint accounts shall be operated jointly with rights of survivorship unless
otherwise notified. Liability shall be joint and several.
Risk Disclosure
The account holder understands that the stock market is volatile and trading
involves substantial risk of loss.
Fees & Charges
Brokerage commission and exchange charges shall apply as per prevailing rules
of DSE & CSE and may change from time to time.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with prior written notice. Outstanding
obligations must be settled.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the
jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangladesh.
